We are looking to recruit a Talent / HR Specialist in a multinational Retail company based in UAE. The candidate should have experience in Talent Management / HR field ideally in Retail (Fashion / Beauty/ FMCG) sector in a very dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities: - Planning, organising and managing the recruitment needs for the department.
- Creating and updating JDs during the meetings with line managers
- Welcoming and on boarding the new comers
- Execute training plan by meeting the employees to identify and collect the training needs
- Consolidating the needs and monitoring the Training budget
- Follow up post training with the employees
- Managing the full process of International Mobility's for both the candidate and company staff
- Planning, organising and managing the annual Performance Career campaign.
Candidate specifications:
- Must have at least 3 - 4 years experience in Human Resources / Recruitment in Retail (Fashion, Beauty, FMCG)
- Strong experience in recruitment in a very dynamic environment
- Excellent internal and external communicator with the ability to with the ability to interact with managers and colleagues at all levels
- The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day
- Fluent in English, good level in French would be a plus.
