Job Description Ensure all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner
Act as the primary liaison between the guest and the Company
Handle reservations, inquiries and cancellations in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner
Quote available rates to maximize room revenue according to Company standards
Coordinate with clients and Guest Experience Makers of Dream Inn Dubai for bookings, room availabilities, and extra services
Upselling
Enter reservations into the database according to standard operating procedures
Maintain accurate files and reports
Ensure quality of work provided meets the expectations of the Company
Perform other relevant assignments as requested
Skills Qualifications: Minimum of 2-year experience in a similar role
Fluent English mandatory
Excellent communications skills- verbal and written
Responsible, motivated, team player
Must possess a customer first mentality
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Hospitality background is a must
