- Design event concepts, event ambiance, venue layouts, stages for galas, conferences and events, promotional stands, and more
- The Event Planner must be able to plan and coordinate all aspects of a event, build and meet timelines
- He/She should be able to prioritize and multitask effectively in a deadline driven environment
- The Event Planner must be a creative thinker and have the ability to collect and analyze detailed information
- Make himself updated with all the latest decorative items used in events
- Have regular interaction with the suppliers of events equipment
- Work closely with the Account Managers and operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner.

- Once the event planner gets any order regarding the event arrangements then he is responsible to arrange all things perfectly in a given time without any delay.
REQUIREMENTS - At least 3 years of experience in the event, interior design or exhibition industries.
- Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD.
- Creative individual with good design flair.
- Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
