Responsibilities - Recruit and achieve hiring targets.
- Build database of recruits and ensure interview process documented.
- Provide an efficient yet personal experience for every candidate from application to completion of induction.
- Negotiate and prepare offers, evaluate skill sets and perform reference checks.
- Communicate effectively with the interviewing team to ensure interviews are conducted in a prepared fashion.
- Manage employee records and leave applications.
- Conduct on boarding and off boarding procedures.
- Perform annual appraisals.
- Ensure the compliance of company policies and protocols.

- Coordinate immigration-related approvals with PRO.
