Duties and responsibilities: - Ensure that in case of making a delivery for the employer, the package is delivered in the best condition and in timely fashion.
- Keep all the documents of the vehicle and his/ her license in place while driving any vehicle.

- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment Responsible to provide assistance to the receptionist
- Clean appliances, sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
- Make up beds and change linens as required and tidy up rooms
- Iron and press clothing and linen
- Plan and cook meals for employer. Prepare Coffee.
