Our client is a leading Retail Company with an excellent reputation across the region. We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to be base in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities - Encourage an environment of coaching, learning and development within the team.
- Coordinate daily business.
- Manage the process of goods and services.
- Engage with suppliers in terms of lead times and any changes to delivery schedule - Daily business.
- Work with Inventory Manager to create best practices.
- Create the highest level of efficiency possible ensuring the KPI's are met.
- Ensure goods and services are maintained as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit.
- Oversee all duties of the team while constantly reviewing the
- Process to ensure maximum efficiency.
Essential Requirements - Degree qualified
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience in the management of Third party suppliers and vendors
- Experience with strong communication across multiple facets.
- Knowledge in Airline Retail industry is a plus
- Open to all nationalities in UAE now - male or female
Salary/Compensation - Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
- Salary is up to 15k - 30k AED per month total package
