Create execute and lead project work plans, and manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope
Assemble project team, identify needed resources, assign responsibilities and develop timeframes to facilitate successful completion of project activities and deliverables
Effectively enforce project standards, and plan for improvement project management processes across the group
Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
Ensure projects meet budget, time and specification objectives
Identify opportunities for improvement outcome during projects, and address potential risks at early stages
Strong knowledge in a wide range of areas of digital such as customer experience design, digital platform integration, front end design and build, UX, product and proposition design, data analytics
Ensure visibility and escalation path for major projects and across all stakeholders
Provide business and analytical support to project teams and corporate planning
Support project feasibility assessment and decision making
Strong industry relationships and networks that you can leverage to grow the digital business
Previous exposure in delivering complex digital projects ideally within a media environment a plus
Skills 6 to 10 years of project management and PMO experience a plus
Bachelor degree minimum required
PMP qualified or project qualifications a plus
2 years of Management Consulting experience, especially with PMO work a plus
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience facilitating and managing large meetings
Experience working on complex, sensitive projects with multiple functions involved
