Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
This role is critical in driving agency and advertiser education of Google products and digital overall, across the entire MENA region. Our ability to sell more of our products is dependent on our clients ability to understand those products and their impact on their business. This role is key to helping Google increase revenue.
As the Head of Education, you will work closely with our agency partners and advertisers to identify needs and opportunities targeted at driving their business forward in a fast paced and changing marketing and media landscape. You will drive adoption and best practices of Google's ad tools, and create and execute a development plan for our agency partners and large clients.
You possess strong business acumen, are an excellent communicator and team player and have experience managing multiple projects and resources simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong understanding of Google's solutions and how they impact our clients, and are able to work cross-functionally with our internal experts to put together relevant content for training delivery.
Responsibilities: - Manage and deliver the education strategy to be delivered to our agencies and large advertisers
- Develop and deliver educational initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Manage training agenda for agencies' OpCos and key clients across MENA and ensure implementation by coordination closely with the agency team
- Develop and monitor metrics to measure and communicate the efficacy of training and product adoption
- Develop / adapt training collateral and tailor to meet the needs of our partners
- Prioritize agency learning needs in a way that balances short- and long-term cycles, resource constraints, and anticipated impact to the business
Skills Minimum qualifications: - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Knowledge and experience working with Google's advertising solutions
Preferred qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic
- Extensive experience in advertising sales, client services and project management
- Experience in working cross-functionally, aligning many stakeholders to a common goal
- Experience with developing and delivering presentations tailored to specific audience needs
- Proven success in managing complex, international projects and business development.
