Job Purpose: Responsible for the success of the recruitment efforts, by providing the most suitable candidates and promoting the company’s name across various markets and professional sectors.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing the Recruitment Cycle, including, but not limited to screening CVs, arranging for preliminary interviews, updating and tracking recruitment files.
- Leveraging advertisement strategies, including developing local and/or national recruitment plans, attending career fairs, actively participating in networking events, deciding on advertising media and coordinating job postings.
- Consulting with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, discuss manpower planning, and propose/recommend recruitment strategies.
- Developing and fostering strong working relationships with SABIS® managers and regional/school HR departments, community institutions, and colleagues to attain recruitment success and credibility.
- Developing a strong network of contacts (internal and external to the organization) to identify and source qualified candidates.
- Leveraging online recruitment sources to identify, track and select candidates.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation on all candidates, searches, recruitment communications and other related activities to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
- Preparing short and long term manpower forecasts for SABIS® taking into consideration expected growth and new projects, as directed by management.
- Reviewing future staffing requirement proposals from divisions analyze the information and make recommendations to management.
- Supporting the various SABIS® Human Resources functions and performing other related tasks as needed and requested by management.
Ideal Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; HR focus/specialization a plus.
Behavioral Interviewing certification (e.g. DDI Targeted Selection) is a plus
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment
Able to travel frequently
