Job Description One of the leading provider of commercial, light truck and passenger vehicle tires in the region is looking for a highly organized and determined candidate to join their busy Marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be providing support to implement the marketing strategy for the company and reporting to the Sales Manager on all marketing tasks.
Responsibilities Participate in training and supervising the staff on marketing.
Liaising with other branch manager for achieving company goals.
Liaise with technical manager for all quality and trial fitment cases.
Plan training seminars for end users and dealers with sales manager.
Find opportunity to promote the operation of the service vans.
Set Campaigns and promotions when required.
Review annual sales targets for all tyre-categories with the team.
Implementations of communication strategy & Marketing plan decided with Company management & Regional office
Set marketing strategy for the year with the team.
Allocate areas to sales team with the sales manager
Direct all operation aspects: Sales-distribution-customer service- administration human resources.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Prospect new opportunities with the team to increase company business.
Monitor customers data base and discuss with the reps.
Monitor the flow of sales and work order.
Check stock situation for the branch in all locations.
Give high importance to key accounts for quality After-sales-service.
Monitor the grey market and study prices - suggest solutions.
Conduct annual assessment with the sales Manager.
Plan & Manage campaigns and events with external agencies (creative/Media &PR)
Function as a responsible member of the ordering committee to ensure that appropriate level of ordering happens.
Control the expenditure of the set annual/quarter budgets.
Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Background in the tire industry is a must.
Ability to motivate and lead the team.
Good business sense
Initiative and enthusiasm
Excellent communication skills
Good planning and prioritizing skills.
UAE driving license is a must
