Description: Job Title: Media Events Telemarketing / Telemarketing
Description: As a media and events telemarketer, the candidate would be entitled to the following responsibilities.
-Make phone calls to potential clients from company database for events and other media activities.
-This would include participation calls for events, increasing clientele or database, specific calls for awards nomination and following day-to-day targets.
-Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the calling schedule.
-Work closely with the editorial as well as sales team to ensure appropriate understanding of the event/product being pitched.
-Maintain a clean record of the database, calling schedule and clientele on a daily basis.
-Answer potential clients' questions about the event projects or goals.
-Follow-up calls and emails for participation or contacted project.
-Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates' schedules (depending on the project demand).
-Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
-Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all time.
-Follow and abide assigned target.
-Submit task report to the manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
REQUIREMENTS: 1. 0-2 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing
2. Excellent communication or interpersonal skills
3. Target-driven and result oriented
4. Good command over English language
5. Arabic language will be an advantage
6. Dependent visa preferred
