Our client is an investment and property management company.
Key Responsibility: In this role you will be preparing monthly financial statements, monthly journal entries, reconciliations, prepare billings, assist with bank loan draw prep, work with outside accountants during annual audit, along with other duties.
Requirements: \- 1+ years of real estate accounting experience
\- Bacheloregree in Accounting or Finance
\- Knowledgeable in Excel
\- Ability to multitask
