Job Title: HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER
We are urgently looking for 'ARABIC' HR RECRUITMENT OFFICER for a well reputed college in Abu Dhabi.
Supports human resources processes by handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties; acts as Recruitment, the liaison between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree Holder in any subject (Preferably Human Resources or related field)
- Strong work experience and skills in human resources/administrative position
- Excellent recruitment experience and skills
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Excellent organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all level
- Should have effective communication and interpersonal skills to work well with different levels in the company
RESPONSIBILITIES General Duties: - Handle recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Other HR job responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules;
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Tracts every legal request of all the staff.
- Maintain and update employee records information through compilation both soft and hard copies
- Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Collaborates with all the staff in regards to the documents-related issue.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Keeps administrator-staff relationship in check; ensures that both parties are in the line of work and both have the same point of view.
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Administer the end to end recruitment process, including ensuring that all pre-employment checks are completed prior to a candidate commencing employment
- Manages recruitment related inquiries via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Ensure the delivery of an excellent recruitment service to managers, staff, and applicants through the provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process
- Contact candidates to arrange interviews both verbally and electronically, conduct a telephonic initial interview, prepare recruitment packs for interviews and ensure panel members have the relevant paperwork ahead of the interviews
- Work with management to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the progress of their successful candidate
- Produce accurate offer letters tailored to each appointment, issue and ensure the return of signed contracts for new staff
- Collect employment requirements, check and verify professional registration, clinical qualifications ensuring that there is sufficient evidence that this has been completed in a new starters file and proceed with residence visa application.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Manage the printing and distribution of timecards, pay slips and leave status reports
- Compile and direct timecard data, calculate pay adjustments and key data into the payroll system
- Conduct investigations of employees for disciplinary matters, write reports regarding the investigations and make discipline recommendations in consultation with the HR manager
- Contribute to the development and/or implementation of employee recognition programs
- Maintain a close working relationship with employees and management
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues/complaints, rules, and regulation
