An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated CID Clerk to be part of the pre-opening team at this newly opening luxury 5 *property. The main purpose of this position is to actively contribute to the successful achievement of hotel’s goals of High Standard Quality Guest Service.
Key responsibilities 1.Pick up passport copies at the designated area.
2.Forward passport information of hotel guest on the day of their arrival by email to the police department.
3.File all passport copies by day and hand it over to the front desk.
4.Work with computer and scanner to send all the necessary information.
5.Maintains an up to date knowledge of the hotel and services
Key requirements a. posses at least two (2) years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a five (5) star property)
b. preferably with previous pre-opening experience in a similar role
c. an excellent team player
d. has a high degree of ‘emotional intelligence’, remains rational and calm under pressure and is open-minded and excited by cultural and professional diversity.
