Our client is a Market Leader in the Oil and Gas industry looking for a Public Relation & Media Specialist Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, customers, community employees and public interests by writing press releases and other media communications, responding to requests and press conferences.
Key Responsibilities Will Include: - Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
- Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain public and stakeholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.
- Coaching Corporate communication team members in effective communication and media skills.
- Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote business, ideas, and services.
- Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders' reports, for internal and external audiences.
Skills - Must have Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Related Field.
- Must have 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications & public relations.
- Must have 5 years of experience in managerial roles.
- Must have experience in handling a press conference and good knowledge of consumer marketing.
- Must have good knowledge on big strategy plans and ability to run PR Campaigns.
