We are looking for a Client Development Executive to join our studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our business development activities in Dubai and the Middle East.
1. Strategy
- Create a strategic business development plan for target markets in collaboration with our principals
- Identify opportunities with prospective clients
- Prepare business development reviews for principals
- Identify long-term strategic partnerships
2. Marketing
- Manage and create a set of case studies to be used in marketing efforts for the region
- Help create compelling sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends to clearly communicate our value proposition and inspire action
3. Sales
- Manage client development process from initial outreach through to closing deals
- Lead writing of proposals
- Achieve monthly sales target
Skills Desired Skills and Experience: - Existing client network
- Passionate about design and innovation
- Business experience and knowledge to identify new opportunities, and understand the business needs of diverse clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail
- An intuitive, insightful reader of people, and interested in what makes them tick
- Strong team player who is willing to roll sleeves up and get stuck in
- Fantastic communication skills
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling several clients at one time
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and interact with all levels
- Ability to handle difficult client situations with finesse and tact
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
