My client is looking for a Junior Corporate Commercial Associate to join their Doha office in Qatar. This international law firm has experienced major growth within the Corporate practice in Qatar, therefore they are looking for an Associate who can hit the ground running and establish themselves in the region.
As a Corporate/Commercial Associate you will be providing legal advice on a range of compliance and corporate governance matters; structuring/restructuring, advising on establishment options and other general corporate commercial duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years PQE in the respected field; you will be comfortable carrying out the tasks mentioned above, have an excellent academic background and have excellent client management skills as you will be liaising with multinational corporations.
