Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION This is a hands-on function with very diverse tasks in a startup type of environment. Assisting the Finance Manager in execution of various Accounting function for AR, AP, Invoicing, Reconciliation, Inventory tally and full accounting as below:
» Preparation of monthly full set financial reports, performance analysis and cash flow projection, including consolidation of financials for group companies in China, US and Singapore
» Prepare, monitor and manage payment vs budgets
» Consolidate all bookkeeping into a single accounting system
» Manage payroll, CPF and earnings tax filing for employees
» Ensure compliance with regulatory filing and audit requirements
» Calculation and filing of tax and GST returns
» Manage all administrative matters of the company
» Assist Finance Manager in the development of long-term financial plan and business plan
Requirements: » Degree or Diploma in Accountancy-related discipline and several years’ work practice.
» CA is highly preferable, and practice in a start-up environment is a plus
» Able to manage full set of accounts
» Possesses an analytical mind and an entrepreneurial, hands-on and “can-do” attitude
» Self-motivated, willing and able to plan and execute with minimal supervision
» Strong communication expertise and able to work independently, able to contribute effectively as part of a high performing team
» Commercial and business consciousness
