Core Responsibilities » Setting financial direction, providing financial insights to business decisions to facilitate trade-off discussions & impact business performance
» Overall financial planning and analysis processes, including:
» Business planning (short and long-term financial plans)
» Monthly reporting and variance analysis
» Estimates process
» Driving action as needed against gaps in financial performance, and other business improvement opportunities
» Driving evaluation of investment decisions, and prioritization of resource allocation within South East Asia markets, with a view towards the overall LEGO objectives
» Business case validation

The SFM acts as the main Finance Business Partner for the South East Asia markets, located in Singapore. The Business Partnering function includes business planning, management reporting, financial planning and analysis, and decision making evaluations. The SFM will also be part of the SGMY and EA Business Unit leadership abilities team, proactively co-owning & following up on the key priorities.
Do you have what Information technology takes?
» Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance
» Minimum 8 years working practice, preferably in a FMCG company
» Excellent accounting, finance and business knowledge
» capability to think end-to-end and to cope with ambiguity
» Positive and “can-do” attitude
» Able to frame strategy and complexity for effective discussions and resolutions
» Highly self-motivated, high-potential performers who can influence stakeholders, including senior management
» Strong interpersonal capabilities, and a commitment to excellence and integrity
» Highly independent yet interdependent team-player and valued team contributor
» Demonstrated practice in providing insights and creating impact to organization & stakeholder
» Strong communication skills
» Information technology savvy (advanced excel skills, …)
» SAP and BW practice a significant advantage, PowerBI a plus
» 10 – 20 travel days /year
» Advanced English level is needed to work in a global environment
» Mandarin an advantage but not required, to support South East Asia market
