Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview
this function will be hired under Banking Computer Services Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of NETS Group.
Core Job responsibilities: » Handle full set of accounts
» Prepare periodic financial and management reports including financial analysis, schedules and reconciliations in a timely manner
» Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reporting to Parent Company
» Manage annual budgeting and forecasting
» Manage annual statutory/internal audits, tax compliance and other regulatory matters. This involves liaising and coordinating with external auditors, internal auditors and external tax consultants
» Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements
» Cashflow management and forecast
» Work closely with Operations in relation to financial and budgeting tasks
» Provide financial support to business teams on business proposals and projects Requirements:
» Possess a degree in Accountancy or equivalent
» 5 years working practice in handling full set of accounts
» proficient in Microsoft Excel and have good work expertise with accounting applications preferably SAP
» practice in auditing, audit management or business continuity management is useful.
» Strong analytical expertise and good interpersonal expertise
» Responsible, meticulous, independent and a team-player.
» capability to meet tight deadline and willing to take on additional assignment.
