» Keep records, monitor and manage inventory
» Preparation for delivery (e.g. sorting, slotting, sealing, packing of items and pasting of address labels)
» contact with SingPost or any other vendors for delivery
» Identify and escalate issues to managers when necessary
» Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and expertise
» Basic expertise of Microsoft Office (especially excel)
» Good interpersonal and communication skill
» Have a pleasant & positive working attitude
» Pro-active, Self-motivated team player with the capability to work independently
» Meticulous and attentive to details
» capability to handle stressful situation appropriately
