Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Listing description
» Able to check and verify revenue computations (interest, late charges, commission, processing fees)
» Able to enter and monitor loan disbursements and expenses
» Able to do bank reconciliation, account schedules and management accounts
» Able to track disbursement status for loans and bank borrowings
» Support operations in issuing of invoices, update of everyday collections and redemption requests
» Able to do admin tasks such as bank submissions, filing and archiving
» Support and assist in the preparation of management reporting
» Manage the external and where required internal audit of Singapore located entities
» Monitor and report on the cash flow requirements on everyday basis
» Support in the preparation of annual budget of the Singapore located entities as well as variance analysis reporting
» Prepare GST Reporting
» Any other tasks as and when directed by Head (Singapore Accounts), Dpty Financial Controller, or Head of Finance
Other tasks » Implement, review and improve internal control and processes
» Cover the tasks of Singapore Accounts executives in their absence or where required
» Highlight potential areas of cost improvement or revenue growth during the course
REQUIREMENTS » Candidate should possess LCCI, Diploma in Accounting
» Preferably at least 1 year of practice in new and used car industry, well verse in Excel software and familiarity with hire purchase software like PCOM
» Candidates with 4 or more years of practice will be considered for more senior position
