Job responsibilities: Accounts Receivable & General Ledger
» Handling the accounts receivable & general ledger, which includes everyday revenue reporting, month-end and year-end closing and ensure the completion of scheduled (monthly, quarterly, year-end) corporate financial and management reports
» Reconciling account balances and bank statements and maintain general ledger
» Responsible for the general cashiering of venue under his/her case, and conduct regular cash audit
» Handling the tax preparation for submission of annual corporate returns and quarterly GST returns, and IRAS tax queries
» Liaising with internal and external parties where appropriate on audit requirements, tax and government grant or related matters
» Responding to outlet and/or management inquiries Other
» Support the Finance Director/CFO in Finance projects and other connected tasks such as the review and development of Standard Operating Procedures, Finance Operation workflows, or system infrastructure development
Requirements: » Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business
» 2 years Accounting practice, preferably in hospitality industry
» Resilient individual comfortable working under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast pace environment
» Possess excellent communication expertise & people engagement abilities.
» Excellent Microsoft Office expertise, especially Excel.
