Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary:-
Financial planning, reporting and analysis; ensuring compliance to corporate policies and guideline.
tasks and Job responsibilities:-
» Support subsidiary in accurate and timely periodical reporting
» Analysis of monthly reports including variances between actual and budget.
» Review, analyse and consolidate all required financial and management information, ensure reconciliation between reports
» Prepare approval requests, ensure compliance with significant internal control and approval levels
» Assist in the management of planning and tracking of budget performance
» Report key findings to Asia-Pacific Regional Financial Controller
» Participate to develop and implement planning tools
» Lead and integrate new reporting requirements
» Undertake special assignments and practiccapability studies as requested by management
» Handle a variety of other ad-hoc reporting projects and data analysis as assigned Job Requirement/Specification:-
» Strong financial consciousness and excellent analytical abilities with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and financial data interpretation
» Good expertise of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS, IFRS)
» Proficient working expertise of Microsoft office applications, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP
» High attention to detail and able to drive change where necessary
» Self-driven team player who takes initiative and possess excellent interpersonal skills
» High capacity to master change, capability to transfer expertise and skills rapidly
» Dynamic, positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
» capability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
» A strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others
» Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin(in order to contact with Mandarin speaking associates) Education : Degree in Accountancy
practice : 5-10 years of practice, preferably in financial planning and analysis with global MNC, with initial working practice in audit firm
