JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:

Business Development

» Identify and secure potential businesses by conducts market research / cold-calling

» Interacting and connecting with HR and Hiring managers about their recruitment needs and market our services.

» Engage in terms & rates negotiations with clients and lgain to draft contracts.

» Play an advisory function to clients pertaining to employment matters.

» Develop new account and sustaining long-term partnerships with clients.

» Manage client account and assist to grow their human capital. Recruitment

» Sourcing and screening for candidates via different channels

» Conduct interviews and bridging client’s needs to candidate’s requirements

» Play an advisory function to candidates pertaining to career matters.

Requirements:

» Enjoy meeting diverse types of people from different background and industries

» Courage, hunger and a hot burning passion for continuous pursuit of success

» Sales / Target Driven / High optimism

» Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise

» 5 Days Work Week
