JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities
» Candidate will be preparing financial reports such as P&L and Balance Sheet
» Candidate will be involved in cash flow management and reporting
» Candidate will be responsible in the maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system
» Candidate will carry out preparation of GST and GST e-submission &nb sp;
» Candidate will contact with auditors, tax authorities and other govt agencies
» Candidate will be reposnsible to contact with various vendors and clients with regards to financial matters.
» Candidate will report to the Finance Manager
» Candidate will be assigned to carry out any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Upper Management Job Requirement
» Candidate must have a degree in Accountancy
» Candidates must have at least 5 years of practice in handling full sets of accounts.
» Candidates must possess good time and work management expertise.
» Candidate must be fimiliar in accounting software (MYOB , QUICKBOOK).
» Candidate must be a team player and have good interpersonal and communication expertise to communicate with internal staff members and external vendors.
» Candidate must be meticulous and have an eye for detail.
» Candidate must have high levels of honesty and integrity.
