JOB DESCRIPTION At Chiropractic First, we are dedicated to educate, inspire and transform patients and their families and to lead them to optimal health through chiropractic care.
We are seeking to expand our Accounts Departments in Malaysia and Singapore to support the Group's expansion plans.The prosperous candidate must have at least 1-2 years of hands-on practice in the following areas:
Job responsibilities: » Check everyday sales and agree to bank/merchant deposit
» Key in everyday sales transaction into accounting system
» Check invoices and make payments
» Key in invoices and payments into accounting system
» Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation & month-end closing
» Prepare monthly management account
» Check and reconcile AR and AP
» Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements: » Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent (CAT/LCCI/Accounting Diploma holders and above)
» Candidate must possess at least 1 year of significant working practice
» Candidate with practice in using Sun System accounting software is preferred
» Meticulous and have an eye for details
» Positive attitude and willing to work
» Possess good written and communication skill
» Full-Time position
