The position is part of the HR Shared Services Team that provides Office Services and Budgeting & Planning support within Singtel HR.
HR & Manpower Budgeting & Reporting:
- Analyze monthly HR’s P&L, monitor and tracking actual results against budget and provide commentaries to management
- Prepare monthly schedules for key costs component
- Headcount and staff cost reporting
- Timely submission of quarterly headcount and staff cost forecast and budget in accordance to reporting requirements
- Involve in HR budget system enhancement projects
- Implement / Improve workflows and processes
HR Office Services:
- Administration of travel & expense policy.
- Maintenance of Concur system approval hierarchy
- Maintenance & administration of HR office facilities, equipment, consumables, etc including liaising with Procurement/Finance/Property & Facilities
- Monitor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) of invoices and to liaise with IT on system issues
- Manage vendors and ensure they meet agreed service level agreement
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned
The ideal candidate should have/be
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Business
- 3 - 5 years of admin experience, preferably with accounting/finance background
- Conversant with MS office, especially with MS Excel & Powerpoint.
- Exposure in SAP procurement & finance system would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, resourceful and highly organised
- Proactive, willing to take up new challenges and look for opportunities on improvement
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
