Client:- My client is a leading FMCG company with global presence across 100 countries. They are looking for a FP&A Manager to join this dynamic team.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):-
- Ensure consistency of financial plans across the AMEA region
- Business partnering and work closely with the leadership team and regional team
- Counsel management with a focus on Growth on all financial issues that impacts strategic and short-term business decisions
- Ensure robust monthly review mechanisms enabling improved insights on Region performance, analysing business drivers and incorporate into outlooks and estimates
- Actively participate in building the AC and SP, understanding business and competitor environment and providing insight across the portfolio
- Effective guidance to business units for consistency and efficiency in systems and processes across the Region
The ideal candidate is independent, and not only good at numbers, but also proficient at interpreting data and communicate the results effectively to stakeholders across different levels.
The Successful Applicant:- - Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting
- Accounting qualification (eg. CA and CPA) is a must
- 7-10 years' working relevant experience working, ideally from MNCs, background in FMCG/Consulting is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of US GAAP, accounting and internal control policies and procedures applicable to an integrated manufacturing and marketing organization
- HFM experience will be an advantage
