Job Description As a Manager for Finance & Accounting in our MTU Office in Tukang Innovation Drive, you will be taking full responsibility for financial consolidation, HQ reporting, team lead for costing and master data.

Key Accountabilities: - Lead monthly closing processes for the MTU Singapore entity, including reviewing results, variance analysis and reporting to HQ
- Review and report monthly balance sheet schedules
- Review and maintain cost centre accounting
- Establish and maintain proper accounting procedures for new accounting standards
- Manage statutory reporting and audit
- Implement and maintain adequate controls
- Maintain reporting upload template for company and group of subsidiaries
- Co-ordinate with HQ on changes in the reporting template and cascade to subsidiaries
- Review and report results of joint ventures
- Oversee credit control
- Manage and resolve collection issues
- Drive projects for automation and process improvement
Qualifications: - Degree in Accountancy or recognized professional qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of financial accounting experience
- Working knowledge of IFRS, SFRS and tax requirements
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC is a must
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill
- Highly analytical with a strong risk and control mindset
- Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong sense of urgency and results oriented
