JOB DESCRIPTION ? Job Summary
We are seeking for a highly driven individual capable of learning and working independently in doing full sets of accounts and other business support functions on behalf of our clients. He/She will also be leading a small team of accounting specialists & adjuncts, and will play an important function in resource planning as well as the growth and development of the team members. Where required, he/she will be working closely with the internal and external auditors, bankers, and regulators of our clients.
Candidates with significant/more practice or background education could be considered for a adjunct Manager function.
Job Requirements » Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL function) and prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
» Calculate taxable earnings and the earnings tax liabilities of client organisations.
» Maintain fixed assets register and other balance sheet schedules.
» Compile accurate tax-related information for the client organisations.
» Perform statutory filings on clients’ behalf, such as GST returns and CPF submissions.
» Advise clients on policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls to prevent possible fraud and errors.
» contact with auditors whenever required.
» Provide guidance to junior team members.
The Candidate » Candidate must preferably possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
» At least 3 Year(s) of working practice in outsource full set accounting required.
» Required Skill(s): accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, corporate services, GST, tax, tax filing, excel, MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero
» Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
