Mandatory Skill-set Degree in Business or Accounting; 1 - 3 years of experience working on Business Process review / Business Process re-engineering; Good knowledge of process mapping using Microsoft Visio; A good team player with the ability to function independently; Good communication and documentation skills. Desired Skill-set ITIL certified. Responsibilities Work on business re-engineering projects; Work with stakeholders and business users to identify improvements opportunities; Analyze and map out business processes using Microsoft Visio; Responsible for documenting changes and user guides; Support project administration and other ad-hoc tasks.
