» Responsible for full set of accounts
» Perform Invoicing, AR, AP and General Ledger Entries
» Handle Bank Reconciliation, AP & AR Reconciliation, etc.
» Prepare accruals, prepayments and fixed assets schedules
» Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing
» Quarterly GST Reporting
» Able to do Project Costing
» Office administration Requirement:
» Min certificate or above in Accounting
» Min 2 years working practice preferably in shipyard environment
» practice in full set account in trading company
» Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), familiar with Navision will be advantage
» Must be self-starter and willing to learn, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
