Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION This is a Team Lead function and the job holder will be responsible for corporate credit management and established collection objectives.
Responsibilities Team lead function in Corporate Credit Management.
Ensure collection targets are met, manage a portfolio of clients in collaboration with Account Managers, and provide independent credit analysis and maintaining the portfolio's overall credit quality
Assessment of credit risk in compliance with credit policies and approval limits, monitor credit limits and proposing effective recommendations to mitigate risks
Recommend and implement controls, processes and financial modeling in the area of credit risk management.
Understand and address legal, compliance and risk-related issues in the credit approval process
The
ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of practice in an organization
with multiple billing systems used and have prior practice in leading a team
Degree
in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics, and well-versed with credit
principles, policies and procedures
Knowledge in credit analysis tools and in-depth knowledge of financial statements,
risk analysis, financial ratios and key economic indicators
Possess
strong consciousness in internal control
Possess
excellent inter-personal expertise and able to communicate effectively with both
internal and external customers
Advanced
expertise in MS Office applications and practice in SAP AR module is highly
