Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION You will provide administrative, logistic and finance support to the Autonomous Vehicle Programme Office. You are required to handle office administration, contracts and payment related matters; organise and manage VIP visits, international events, conferences and meetings; provide administrative support to senior management; and provide any other related support required by the Office. You will contact with various stakeholders and work together to meet work desired results.
Requirements: » Tertiary qualification preferably in Business Studies /Accounting or any equivalent with at least 3 years of significant working practice
» significant work practice in office administration, events and project management
» Able to work independently with minimum supervision
» Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) expertise
» Microsoft Office expertise
» capability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
» Resourceful with high level of initiative and pro-activeness

COMPANY OVERVIEW The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under the Ministry of Transport that plans, builds and maintains Singapore’s land transport infrastructure and systems.
