Job Responsibilities » Process Hirer/Relief drivers' resignation forms
» Check for driver's outstanding payments after termination
» Print payment vouchers for resigned drivers
» Retrieve drivers' call levy amount
» Process drivers' incentives & rental collections using IBG
» Post rental invoices
» Verify vehicle servicing downtime
» Perform general clerical tasks
» Attend to telephone and email enquiries
» Data entry, update, maintain and filing records
» Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements » At least Diploma in accounting, LCCI qualification in accounting or equivalent
» At least 1-2 years working practice in similar function.
» Computer literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel
» Good in Mathematics
» Good interpersonal and time management expertise
» Meticulous with good analytical expertise
