JOB DESCRIPTION Job Scope:

» contact with Banks, treasury matters, cash-flow projection and monitoring. Enforce the facilities to make sure the smooth execution of the projects, and contribute to the development of the company;

» Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing.

» In-Charge of corporate tax.

» Forecasting and Budgeting;

» contact with auditors, corporate secretaries, tax agents, and senior management;

» Manage financial and management reporting;

» Internal control assessment and improvement;

» Set up the accounting structure;

» Responsible for accounting functions for whole company’s operation;

» Handle full set of accounts;

» Bank & Petty cash reconciliation, debtors and creditors reconciliation; GST submission;

» Generate yearly audit schedules and contact with auditors on related issues;

» Handle fix assets Management;

» Update incoming funds, receipts, & cash book;

» Handle admin activities;

Job Requirements:

» Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

» At least 5 Year(s) of working practice in the engineering/construction works is required for this position.

» Required Skill(s): project base account practice, Myob or equivelent
