functions & Responsibilities
» Preparation of engagement letters and cover letters for clients for outsourcing services
» Conduct KYC searches and assist in the completion of client acceptance & continuance forms
» Maintaining records of client information
» Administration of billings and collections from clients
» Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports, with strict adherence to established deadlines
» Engage in client communications via emails and phone calls
» Cover tasks of team members when they are out of office
» Handle administration and ad-hoc tasks, when required
Outstanding performers will be given the opportunity to expand their functions in the team.
Requirements » Minimum GCE A' Level or Diploma qualification
» Candidates with prior work practice in a professional services firm / finance-related function will be recognised
» Able to multi-task and puts in effort and initiative to manage deadlines
» Good written and verbal communication skills
» Team player, with a positive and can-do attitude
» Proactive in suggesting work improvements
