JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities
» Conforming to the current accounting policies and practices. Identify any opportunity and recommend action to improve the accounts process.
» Manage Customers Term of Credit with close monitoring for effective collection.
» Responsible for the overall accounts and finance function and movement.
» To supervise and work with all subordinates cordially.
» To ensure that the works carry out by all subordinates are fully accomplished with accuracy.
» Have good coordination with Sales and Production department for a smooth handling of accounts related matters.
» Preparation of Cash Flow projection and management of day to day working capital.
» Proper communication with Oversea Suppliers for Term management and correctness of payment method by way of either Letter of Credit or Telegraphic Transfer.
» To make sure that the quarterly GST return and report are properly filed without delay.
» To conduct checking and completing a monthly reconciliation for Bank Statement and Balance sheet items.
» Be competence with internal control for compliances to the Company policies and procedures.To have concerted effort while liaising with external auditors and tax agent during the end of a financial year.
» Be level headed when communicating with representatives from the Bank.
» Reporting directly to the Top management as when required.
» Verification of monthly costing and expenses for the purpose for budget control management.
» To carry out up-to-date filing of all documents and entry of all data under your scope of works.
» If your employment is confirmed by the management you are required to complete the closing of at least One Financial year of the Company’s accounts upon your resignation.
» All others ad-hoc and related tasks as and when assigned by the Management.
Requirements » Min Diploma in Accounting or related field with at least 3 years related practice respectively
» Good interpersonal and communication expertise
» Positive work attitude and a good team player
» Good analytical expertise
» Pleasant personality, able to work in a team
» Working practice in Engineering accounting and MYOB expertise will be add advantage
» PC Literate, Excel, Word, preferably interested and good in Accounts
» Meticulous, reliable and had positive working attitude
» Bilingual in English and Chinese (to contact with Chinese speaking associates)

COMPANY OVERVIEW We have 30 years of working practice behind us in sheet metal fabrication and the grille manufacturing industry. The factory has grown from a humble beginning in a small workshop in woodlands to the present factory space in Tuas, occupying 2678 square metres of factory space. We are now one of the leading air diffuser equipment manufacturers in Singapore and expanding through exports to the ASEAN countries.
Our production floor is now equipped with essential machineries for sheet metal working, ranging from shearing machine, bending machine, argon welding, spot welding, a computer aided profile cutting machine for duct works, mould stamping, to spray pairing booth mainly for our powder coating and enamel baked finishes and other smaller machineries. We now have a workforce of more than 50 skilled workers and operators. From the request of our many customers who have benefited from our services, we have increased our products from air diffusion equipment to include fire dampers, volume dampers and variable air-volume terminals since 1995.
We have also managed to secure the rights to represent several well know manufacturers from the USA, Germany and Sweden for their line of speciality air diffusion products, such as stamped steel diffusers, jet diffusers and disc diffusers.
