They are searching for a Real Estate Investment professional to join their Investment and Strategic Development team.
Job Description: - You will be part of a team responsible for investment and development acquisitions covering strategic markets e.g. Australia, China, Singapore, UK.
- Key responsibilities include conducting market research to support business decisions, deal sourcing, feasibility study, due diligence, transaction execution and post-acquisition performance management.
- It is essential to have experience of deal evaluation and financial modeling. You will also be required to provide other operational support to the Investment Department.
Requirements: - Degree in Economics / Finance / Business / Real Estate or relevant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with both local and overseas property markets
- Familiar with investment process across different jurisdictions
- Proven track record of investments
- Analytical, numerate, resourceful, adaptable and self-driven with attention to details
