JOB DESCRIPTION » Assist Head of Operations to establish and develop operating policies, systems, processes to accommodate and support the growth of the organization
» Maintain expertise of significant existing and pending laws and codes to ensure full compliance of all applicable requirements, including company’s policies and procedures
» Assist Head of Operations in gathering information on general market trends and activities of competitors
» Prepare annual business, development and marketing plans for each assigned store
» Ensure assigned new/ existing stores are smoothly operated (including manpower/ inventory management, service/ housekeeping standard, equipment maintenance, food display, etc)
» Analyze store performance, problems encountered and resolve any store issues (including complaints)
» In-charge of transfer of document/ reports to and from HQ
» Responsible for instilling all established Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP ) to assigned stores, conduct close supervision on strict compliance and introducing timely correction if any
» Setting sales targets for each assigned store located on regular analysis on sales, spending patterns, traffic, inventory level, etc
» Established operating budget and ensure each store compliance
» Allocate well practiced manpower to support new store’s while ensuring existing store’s capability to run as usual
» Attend monthly meetings to deal with various operation issues for growth sustaincapability
» Work with management team and develop achievable and measurable KPI targets (such as hygiene, sales technique, properties/ product expertise and cash handling) and assess staff at the stores for income adjustment/ career advancement program
» Guide frontline staff in attending to customers feedbacks professionally and resolving customers issues/ complaints diplomatically
» Conduct a biannual/ annual training needs audit with our Trainer for each of the assigned store
» contact with our (Process & System) Auditor and conduct (at least) one/ two quality audit report per year for each of the store
» Ensure staff discipline on punctuality and monitoring of attendance (MC, UL, etc)
» Coordinate with significant in-house departments for executing advertising programs
» Manage timesheet and OT Reports to ensure timely income pay out
» Prepare submission of weekly/ monthly reports
» Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned
Requirement » Bachelor degree in Management or Operations is preferred
» At least 3 years of quick service restaurant operations practice, particularly in the following areas: Food planning, food preparation, sanitation, security, company policies & procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping and preparation of reports on operations
» Able to develop solutions and make decisions located on logical assumptions and factual information
» Resilient and able to execute under pressure and lead a motivated team
» Strong communication and written skill in English is preferred
» expertise of computers and working expertise of accounting system in order to fulfil management functions
» Able to work independently and in a team environment
