functions & Responsibilities
Currently We are seeking for HR Executive (Recruitment) with functions as follows:
» Involved in Full Spectrum of Selection and Recruitment
» Work closely with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs
» Filtering of resumes according to specific requirements
» Supporting the end-to-end hiring process
» contact with short listed candidates on offer package / letter
» Attracting right talent in the market through various search platform and job portals
» Developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms
» Completing hiring and on-boarding process such as generating offer letters, signing up with candidates and on-boarding administration
Requirements » 2 years of practice in full recruiting cycle
» practices in high volume recruiting environment
» Strong communication and interpersonal expertise
» Fast-paced, problem solver, goal-oriented and independent
