Responsibilities - Create and update spreadsheets of centre transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare the budget for the centre in consultation with Centre Director and Deputy Centre Director
- Maintain reports on financial metrics, return on assets and project
- Keep records of invoices and payments
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Maintain professionalism by attending training and workshops
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Resolve problems related to financial matters
- Handle other centre-related financial tasks
- Keep track of revenue and expenditure for the centre projects
- Prepare documents for financial audit
Prerequisites - Relevant experience in Accounting principles with at least 3 years of related experience
- Proficient in MS Office (including Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to operate Oracle Financial System
- Knowledge of MS Access or database will be advantageous
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and good data entry skills
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Good in time management, multi-tasking and work prioritisation
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
