Responsibilities: - Working with clients on tax matters and advisory.
- Compliance and internal audit practice on CMS licence clients
- Provide advice on regulatory compliance, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
- Drafting of operations / compliance manuals
- Monitor adherence to MAS licence conditions for existing clients.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with MAS and auditors
The ideal candidate should be a certified accountant with more than 3 years of relevant experience with accounting firms looking after fund management clients or within the fund management industry with good technical experince on CMS licence requirements.
