Global Direct Investment Management Group – with main offices in Switzerland and Singapore

We are an independent, partner-owned investment management group with a proven track record as an active investor in both multi-asset class as well as exclusively sourced direct investments. Our focus is on real asset backed private equity investments across the capital structure.

In order to support our rapidly growing direct investment business, we are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated candidate to work directly within our global team. Responsibilities:

• Support the management in all tasks related to structuring and operations of our entities
• Co-structure entities in various jurisdictions in Europe and Asia
• Manage different service providers (like lawyers, banks, advisors, authorities etc.)
• Internal role (work with team and service providers), no acquisition (of clients or projects)
• Co-lead internal improvement projects in the area of:
• Tax & legal: compliance (KYC/AML), tax planning (profit/CRS/FATCA), licensing
• Operations & IT: automation & structuring of internal processes and data models
• Accounting & finance: controlling, business planning, banking

Requirements:

• Relevant experience, preferably in structuring, tax, legal, compliance, consulting, investment or finance is a plus (internship or max. up to 3 years)
• Degree from a leading university, preferably in law, business, finance/accounting, economics, engineering or related subject
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Complete fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus, especially German
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
• Self-starter who works with low supervision & under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment (in a team spread across the globe, no to low travel required)
