Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Legal Counsel (FMCG, Central, Regional)
- Provide legal support and advice to Southeast Asia and Pacific Regions.
- Work with business managers and other in-house legal teams to ensure prosperous operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to ensure global consistency with corporate policies and procedures, including compliance with the Nu Skin Global Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy
Knowledge, expertise & Abilities:
- LLB or equivalent and admitted as a legal practitioner in Singapore or other common law jurisdiction
- Minimum 5 years post qualification practice, preferably gained from reputable law firms or international companies
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and good knowledge of Chinese
- Strong analytical expertise, able to work both independently and as a team player
