» Assist in our corporate secretary / administrative team tasks
» Perform office administrative works & support in a lively office environment
» Enjoy Liaison with clients
» Step by step training will be provided in the tasks given
» Candidates will be well trained to a Professional indivdual in adminstrative tasks
Requirement » Minimum 'O' Level / Diploma / Professional cert
» Possess 2-3 years significant work practice
» Good interpersonal expertise, enjoy speaking with clients
» Good communication expertise, fluence in English and Mandarin (to contact with Mandarin speaking associates)
» Able to work independently with minimum supervision, resourceful, has initiative and self-motivated, and able to multitask
» Good time management skill
» Able to commence work immediately
