Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is a regional Private Equity firm with multi-investment strategies including Real Estate. Due to expansion of business, they are looking for Real Estate Fund Accountant and the function is located in Singapore.
Key Job responsibilities: - Manage and execute the real estate fund accounting and administration and investment transaction support
- Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met, this includes planning and coordination with fund administrators, tax advisers, auditors, legal counsels and banking personnel
- Prepare/Review monthly quarterly financial work papers for portfolio companies/ SPVs
- Monitoring cash flows and cash balances
- Ensure portfolio's compliance with loan covenants
- Maintain portfolio statistics
- Provide active support from finance perspective during investment transactions (set up entities, arrange for necessary corporate documents etc.)
- Handle the consolidation of the Partnership
- Other ad-hoc tasks
Key Requirements: - At least 5 years of fund accounting significant practice with exposure to real estate fund operations
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or qualified accountant
- Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise, capability to make judgement/recommendations
- Good communications and interpersonal expertise
- Motivated, diligent and responsible
