Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION JOB REQUIREMENTS
» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Chartered Accountant/Certified Public Accountant or equivalent.
» At least 12 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance and Accounts or equivalent.
» The candidate must have an international exposure, having worked in an audit firm part of his career and in multinational companies as controller, especially European ones.
» Excellent analytical capabilities, solid accounting and IFRS expertise, practice liaising with auditors and mind-set for taxes.
» IFRS good expertise and prior practice with international reporting is a must.
» Solid finance, controlling & accounting professional with a good commercial / business acumen and global vision.
» Prior deep practice both in accounting and controlling functions at multinational companies.
» International accounting consolidation is also a must.
» practice working with Oracle, SAP or any other major ERP is a must.
» Proactive, hands on work, strong team player with good analytical and communication expertise, business oriented, with global vision, and able to work under pressure.
» Position is located in Singapore and availcapability to travel, as the position is for the region requesting 40-50% of working time abroad.
» Good communication expertise, both oral and written.
» Working practice abroad is a plus.
» Spanish speaking is a plus. JOB DESCRIPTION
» Consolidating and improving the reporting from the different countries, controlling and analysing their results, supporting statutory audits and roll out of new ERP´s.
» Timely and quality analysis and consolidation to Group of all the company reports of the region.
» Review of business lines profitcapability on a monthly basis. Analysis of deviations real vs budget, contact with countries CFO and Finance departments for explanations.
» Elaborate monthly reports and presentation with the follow up of company business and financial evolution and provide significant information to Group HQ and Regional CFO for decision making.
» Coordinate budgeting and forecasting process and reports from the countries.
» Point of contact between countries Finance and rest of HQ Departments on different issues.
» Supervision of statutory annual accounts of some holding companies. Liaison with auditors. Ensuring compliance to statutory and legal requirements, taxes, etc.
» Ensure compliance with Group requests and guidelines in all process. Optimize all process in his area so they are streamlined and efficient.
» Provide support to AOA CFO and involve in business topics as required. Ad hoc reports for Group and AOA CFO when requested.
» Ensuring training to his finance staff and lead his team to achieve a high performance level.
