Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» expertise to handle full set of accounts
» Monitoring and reporting of financial investments
» Processing papers relating to investments in Start-up and early stage companies
» expertise in Company Corporate Secretarial matters etc
» Read through the Business MOU Agreements etc
» expertise / Aptitude towards Regular follow-up of work in progress tasks
» Maintenance of records and files (both physical and electronics) for different work portfolios
» Maintaining bank accounts of the Company and directors
» General liaison with Banks relating to Company accounts, inward and outward remittances etc
Requirements: » Singaporean or SPR only
» Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
» Min 2-3 years related working practice
» expertise in Company Corporate Secretarial matters
» Good expertise of Microsoft Excel is a must
» Good interpersonal skills
» Communicate well in English
» Self -driven, result orientated and able to work independently
